1. Psybnc.net reserves the right to terminate any
account for any reason at any time. Abusive actions
from the Customer will result in immediate termination without warning.
Customer understands and agrees that no prepaid charges are refundable in
the event of such termination.
2. Any abuse, such as, but not limited to hacking, attacking,
harassment,
takeover will invoke immediate termination to your account.
3. Any kind of IRC spam, mass messaging or mass advertising is
strictly
prohibited.
4. Using you psybnc account for some other purpose(s) except IRC is
not
allowed.
5. Floods such as mass nick changing, mass IRC server jump, mass
server mode, etc are prohibited.
6. Customer is responsible for his password and shall do all it's
best to keep it safe from possible stealers. In case password was stolen
and changed, please contact us imediatly.
